A blind crocodile, named Bond, has been rescued and brought to WFFT, where he's now ready to start a new life in the sanctuary.
WFFT New Otter Complex
We are almost half way through the construction of the new WFFT Otter Complex. We are creating a large open field enclosure on the ‘Mid Lands’ area of the WFFT Rescue Centre. The new enclosure will have two large pools, waterfalls, streams and specially constructed burrows and dens to enrich the lives of our squeaky residents. Over the past 12 months we have rescued 6 otters, along with our long-term resident ‘Ollie” this brings our otter family to 7 individuals. This new area will drastically improve and enrich the lives of our otters. Thank you to all those who have donated to this special project. We will update you when the Otter Complex is completed.
