ผ่าตัดต้อกระจกตาข้างซ้ายของ ’ ใหญ่ ‘ หมีควาย(Asiatic black bear)ของเราหลังจากที่ทีมงานได้สังเกตุเห็นตาของเธอขุ่นผิดปกติ ขณะนี้หายปกติเเล้ว !

ฤดูฟักไข่ของเต่าเหลืง( Elongated tortoise )ได้มาถึงเเล้ว เราจำเป็นต้องคัดไซส์เเละเเยกเต่าน้ำไปที่คอกใหญ่เพื่อให้เเน่ใจว่ามันจะไม่เเย่งอาหารกันกิน โตไวๆนะเจ้าตัวเล็ก

มาดูการตอบสนองต่อของเล่นใหม่ของหมีหมา( Malayan sun bear )ของเรากัน การสร้างของเล่นเป็นการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมสัตว์ป่าอย่างนึง ทำให้เขาไม่เครียดเเละยังจำลองการดำรงชีวิตในป่าจริงๆได้อีกด้วย

ถ่ายพยาธิเเละโปรตัวซัวให้กับอีกัวน่าของเราเป็นการดูเเลสุขภาพประจำปีอย่างหนึ่งเพื่อให้เเน่ใจว่าทุกตัวมีสุขภาพที่ดีเเละเเข็งเเรง

นางอายของเรามีนัดทำฟันกับทีมสัตวเเพทย์หลังจากที่ตรวจพบว่ามีมีปัญหาทางช่องปาก จึงต้องทำการผ่าเอาฝันผุออก

เดือนนี้เราได้ปล่อยลิงเเสมเเละงูเหลือมกลับคืนสูธรรมชาติที่ปลอดภัยเเละห่างจากมนุษย์

Yai, the rescued Asiatic black bear, underwent cataract surgery on her left eye after it looked very cloudy. She has recovered and is eating a lot as usual.

Hatching season for the elongated tortoise is here! We need to separate the big turtles from the small and put them in different enclosures to ensure they won’t steal each other’s food.

Check out the Malayan sun bear’s response to his enrichment! Animal enrichment is not only a great way to help them express their natural behaviours, but it also reduces stress in captive animals.

Parasite control plays a big role in animal welfare and is important for the optimal health of our animals.

The slow loris had a dental appointment with the vet team after we found a decayed tooth. The tooth must be extracted as soon as possible!

We released a long-tailed macaque and python this month in a safe, protected area.
