Volunteer with Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand
We cannot wait to welcome you! Book now and help our 800 rescued animals.
We are always in need of volunteer support to ensure we give our animals the best care and a better future, whether this is by returning them to the wild or a lifetime of care.
The majority of our work is funded through our volunteer scheme, so we are always glad for the support. We currently run four volunteer projects: the Wildlife Rescue Centre (WRC), the Elephant Refuge (ER), the Wildlife Hospital (HOSP) and our PAT (People and Animals Thailand) Clinic – a spay clinic for stray dogs and cats (PAT). Thee of the projects are run from one location in rural Thailand, about 160km southwest of Bangkok. Our PAT Clinic is about 30 mins from the WFFT sanctuary. This means you can combine volunteering projects and help in many different ways.
The WFFT wildlife sanctuary is home to more than 60 species of rescued wildlife including elephants, tigers, gibbons, macaques and other primates, bears, otters, great apes, birds, reptiles and many more.
We value long-term commitment, so the longer you stay, the cheaper it becomes. Please follow the links below to learn more about Wildlife Volunteer projects and how you can help.
