Slow Loris Rescue
We received a call from a concerned local after a slow loris (Nycticebus bengalensis) had been entering the person house and obtaining food from the kitchen. The WFFT Rescue Team went to investigate and found the loris to be in a weak state, he has badly infected teeth, this may be a result of his age or he may well be a released pet. He is currently under supervision at the WFFT Wildlife Hospital and will be transferred to a Loris Rehabilitation Enclosure when he is deemed well enough.
