ความโชคร้ายของเจ้า “ เลกกี้ “ ลิงเเสมตัวผู้ (Long Tailed Macaque)ที่ปีนต้นไม้อยู่ดีๆเเต่ต้นไม้ดันหักเเละตกลงมาจากความสูงไม่ต่ำกว่า 5 เมตร ความโชคร้ายของมันไม่ได้จบเเค่ที่เเผลตามตัวเเต่ขาของมันหักทั้ง2ข้างบาดเจ็บสาหัสทำให้ไม่สามารถขยับไปไหนได้

เเต่ในความโชคร้ายยังมีความโชคดีเมื่อมีพลเมืองดีมาพบเข้าจึงได้ติดต่อ WFFT เพื่อกู้ภัยเลกกี้อย่างเร่งด่วนเเละตอนนี้เลกกี้อยู่ในการดูเเลของทีมสัตวแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นที่เรียบร้อยเเล้ว มันจะได้รับการดูเเลอย่างที่มันสมควรจะได้รับจนกว่าจะหายดีเเละสามารถกลับไปสู่ป่าได้อย่างเดิม

Bad luck for “Leggy” a male long tailed macaque (Macaca fascicularis), who fell 5 meters from a tree branch that unexpectedly broke. His bad luck didn’t end with bruises on his body… Leggy also sustained broken bones in both of his legs, preventing him from moving.

But sometimes bad luck brings good luck as well. A concerned local found Leggy immobile on the ground and contacted us about a monkey in need of emergency medical treatment. Now he is in the good hands of the WFFT vet team, where he will receive the care he needs until he recovers enough to be returned to the wild.
