The Wildlife Friends Foundation Thailand, or WFFT, home to more than 800 rescued animals, had planned to celebrate its 20th anniversary on 1 May. Instead, we may be shutting many gates for the last time.
WFFT donates communication equipment to rangers
Radios for better communication between HQ and rangers at Kaengkrachan National Park
WFFT is very happy to help Kaengkrachan National Park’s rangers with a donation of two base-stations and 5 mobile sets for park rangers. We believe that better communication with waterproof mobile radios and strong base stations will result in better communication between the rangers deep in the forest and their commanders at headquarter. It will be easier to communcate location and intelligence between one and another, while the safety of the ranger-patrols will be increased with better equipment.
If you agree that better communication equipment will benefit the rangers and the protection and conservation of wildlife and the forest, you can donate towards ranger help projects by donating to WFFT mentioning “Ranger aid”.
