ประกาศรับสมัคร ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าประสานงานอาสาสมัครในโครงการช่วยเหลือดูแลสัตว์ป่า ที่มูลนิธิเพื่อนสัตว์ป่า จ.เพชรบุรี

ตำแหน่งหัวหน้าประสานงานอาสาสมัครในโครงการช่วยเหลือดูแลสัตว์ป่า ที่มูลนิธิเพื่อนสัตว์ป่า มีหน้าที่รับผิดชอบดูแลกิจกรรมจัดตารางงานการดูแลสัตว์ป่าและประสานงานระหว่างอาสาสมัครและเจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ดูแลในแต่ละวัน ในแต่ละสัปดาห์จะมีอาสาสมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการประมาณ 10-30 คน รวมถึงการจัดการ ตรวจตราดูแลสัตว์ที่อยู่ในความช่วยเหลือดูแลกว่า 700 ชีวิต ผู้สมัครต้องมีสุขภาพร่างกายที่แข็งแรง มีความเป็นผู้นำ คล่องตัว กระฉับกระเฉง กล้าลุย พร้อมทำงานกลางแจ้งได้

หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ:
– ประสานงาน ตรวจตรา ดูแลตารางงานกิจกรรมต่างๆที่อาสาได้รับมอบหมาย รวมถึงการร่วมทำกิจกรรมกับอาสาด้วย
– ต้อนรับอาสาสมัครเข้าใหม่และแนะนำข้อปฏิบัติและกฎต่าง ๆให้กับอาสาสมัคร

คุณสมบัติ:
– สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
– สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมได้ดี
– สามารถทำงานในสภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
– เคยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการประสานงาน มีความเป็นผู้นำ
– มีความรัก และมีความสนใจด้านการอนุรักษ์สัตว์ป่า
– สามารถใช้ภาษาไทย-อังกฤษในการสื่อสารได้เป็นอย่างดี และ เคยมีประสบการณ์การทำงานอาสาสมัคร หรือการทำงานด้านช่วยเหลือสัตว์ป่า จะมีการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
สวัสดิการ:
– เงินเดือนขึ้นอยู่กับประสบการณ์ สอบถามได้ขณะสัมภาษณ์
– ทำงานสัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน มีวันหยุด 1 วัน
– มีที่พัก และอาหาร 3 มื้อ
– ประกันสังคม
– สามารถทำงานกับมูลนิธิเพื่อนสัตว์ป่าได้อย่างน้อย 1 ปี และมีพักร้อนให้ 7 วัน

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for a newly opened position at the WFFT Wildlife Rescue Centre Thailand.

Job Description

The successful applicant will be managing the Wildlife Volunteers at the WFFT Wildlife Rescue Centre, as well as assisting with the management of the care of over 600 rescued wild and domestic animals. Liaising with volunteer partner organizations, coordinating and supervising the day-to-day work of volunteers.

Please note that this position is fast paced and physically demanding. You will be working with a team of other volunteer coordinators, a team of Thai animal care takers and a team of 10-30 volunteers.

Main Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of WFFT’s Wildlife Volunteer Program
• Supervising the care of over 600 animals
• Welcoming volunteers and conducting volunteer inductions
Desired Skills/Qualities
• Volunteer/staff management experience
• A good command of spoken and written in Thai-English, would be an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• A diploma or degree in the relevant field such as Zoology, Wildlife Conservation or Animal Management.
• Experience working at international NGO’s
• Experience working with captive animals – rescued wildlife
• A love of wildlife and a well-rounded interest in wildlife conservation

Salary will be reflective of experience and will be discussed during the interview
Basic on-site accommodation and 3 meals per day
