Asian barred owlet “Alice” getting ready to be released

“Alice” is a very young Asian barred owlet, that was found under a tree by villagers. After taking in Alice into the care of the WFFT veterinary team she needed to be fed 24/7 to grow into a healthy bird of prey. She is now under our care for 2 months and almost ready to go back to the wild. She flies out at night, but still comes in after a short time.

We hope she will fly out and stay out within the month of June when she reaches the right age.
