One of our rescued Asiatic Black Bears, Ginny, was suffering with a 3rd eyelid protrusion and recently had surgery to bring her much-needed relief.
Small Indian civet rescue
Weak and feisty civet baby!
A tiny “small Indian civet” was brought in by villagers today. The little guy was kept as a pet for a few weeks until it got extremely sick and the owners decided to take it to the WFFT wildlife hospital. On arrival the little guy immediately needed emergency treatment and was kept in an incubator on a drip. Although this little feller is small and weak he put up quite a fight when we tried to handle, treat and feed him!
