About our Forest Restoration and Conservation Project

Since 2006, WFFT has been actively engaged in forest restoration and conservation. This includes returning land to its original condition to create a suitable habitat for our wildlife in rehabilitation. Furthermore, we also use our project as an educational tool to promote awareness and respect for forests and their wildlife inhabitants.

Volunteers are welcome to come and take part in this important restoration project.

This project has resulted in more than 150,000 native species of tree planted. Subsequently, we have seen a massive increase in bird and ground-dwelling species in our reforested areas. Forest Restoration and Conservation is vital to the sustainability and repopulation of native wildlife throughout this region. Every Tree Counts!
